ALL maintenance requests are to be submitted through the tenant portal. If, for some reason, you are unable to do so, please call the office at 812-330-1501. Please fill out the form completely, being as detailed as possible. For example, if you have a toilet that is running, please state which bathroom, and how long it’s been a problem. This helps decrease the amount of time our maintenance staff needs to be in your house.

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE: Emergency service is available 24 hours a day. Emergencies are ONLY: Loss of heat in winter, lock-outs, and water issues like flooding and broken pipes. If you utilize the emergency number for a reason not listed above, you are subject to a $100 fee. If you have an emergency as listed above, please follow these procedures: First, call the office at (812) 330-1501 and report your emergency to our staff or leave a detailed message regarding your emergency. Then call the emergency maintenance number (812)320-0937. If no one answers, leave a detailed message regarding the nature of your emergency, as well as your name and phone number.
